Surface preparation

Surfaces: concrete (reinforced concrete), metal, wood.

It is recommended to level the base – to reduce the material consumption. The base has to be dust free, cleared of oil stains and dirt.

Base / air temperature: not less than 2 °C above the dew point, from -20 °C; the product temperature: from + 10 °С.

Mix the mastic thoroughly in the manufacturer’s packaging (with a construction mixer, for 2-3 minutes, over the entire depth) and apply to the prepared base by airless spraying or by hand tool (brush, roller): not less than 2 layers, with a minimum total consumption of 2-3 kg/m2.

Storage: shelf life in the original container is 12 months. Transportation at temperatures up to -40 °C is allowed.

Safety: work in overalls, provide respiratory protection (the material contains an organic solvent) and the eye.
